If you need space for an event, we have the space you're looking for.
Tables and seating provided or bring your own.
Kitchen area available for food setup (including ice maker).
Great acoustics for music recitals (grand piano available on site).
Plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessible spaces.
Wine and beer allowed on premises.
Available for all, regardless of religous affiliation.
Available Spaces:
Parish Hall - 40 ft wide x 50 ft deep; capacity is 134 people (with direct access to kitchen area for food setup; table and chairs provided.
Nave / Sanctuary - 41 ft wide x 104 ft deep; capacity is 396 people (dimensions include altar).
Small Meeting Rooms - approx. 12 ft x 16 ft; capacity is 12 people (these rooms are upstairs and not wheelchair accessible).
Pricing:
Non-Wedding Rental of Parish Hall (meetings, workshops, seminars, etc.)
0-4 hours = $100*
4-8 hours = $200*
Wedding Rental of Parish Hall
Rehearsal Dinner OR Wedding Reception (1 event) = $400*
Rehearsal Dinner AND Wedding Reception (2 events) = $600*
Non-Wedding Rental of Nave / Sanctuary (music recitals, large meetings, etc.)
0-4 hours = $100*
4-8 hours = $200*
Wedding rental of Nave / Sanctuary
$1,000* -- includes the rector’s stipend and access to the room for the day of the event
Small Meeting Rooms (upstairs, not wheelchair accessible)
Flat Rate = $25* per hour
* For All Pricing:
$25 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) will be added for a church representative to be present throughout the event.
A cleaning fee will be added to each event – current market rates apply, cost provided when you book an event.
50% due one week after event is confirmed – THIS DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE.
50% balance due Wednesday prior to the event.
NOTE: All pricing listed is for non-St. Paul’s members. Church members (those baptized members in good standing who are active in worship and financial givers of record) should contact the church for member pricing.
