Rates & Procurement

• Full Academic Year Permit: $150
• Fall or Spring Semester Permit: $80
• Replacement Permit: $10

Permits are sold first-come, first-served via StPaulsLubbock.dionwt.org with PayPal. Physical permits are picked up at the church office (Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM) starting August 1st.

Parking Rules

1. Location: North lot (15th St) or main lot (16th St).
2. Display: Must be visible on left front dashboard to avoid towing.
3. Hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. No weekend or football game parking.
4. Preemption: Funerals preempt student parking. Closures are notified via email 24 hours in advance.
5. Registration: Up to two vehicles may be registered, but only one may use the permit at a time.
6. Liability & Refunds: No refunds are issued. St. Paul's assumes no liability for vehicles or contents.
